RETURNS / EXCHANGES

 

We always send out our JOSIE+JUNE cushions hoping you love them in your home as much as we love making them. But we understand sometimes things can happen.

 

In such cases, we accept returns on goods deemed faulty or items you feel do not match photos/product description only. Provided you contact us within 10 days of purchase. We aren’t able to offer refunds for change of mind. If you have a change of mind, we are happy to offer an exchange (but customer will cover shipping costs)   As this is the case, we ask you read each product description carefully and follow all care instructions as stated for each product.

 

For Returns or Exchanges see below...

 

*Please contact us via  hello@josieandjune.com within 10 days of purchase and explain the issue with the item. Quote your order number and if you wish to exchange please provide the details of the cushion/s you wish to replace the item/s with. We will then provide you with the returns address.

 

* Shipping costs of returning any item (other than faulty*) is the responsibility of the customer, so please package up the item with the receipt, original packaging and tags attached; and if you're making an exchange please also include a pre-paid postal satchel (enquire at your local post office) 

 

* Send your package to us using a 'Signature on Delivery' postal service (So it makes its way safely to us and is trackable)

 

* We will refund you when we receive it.

 

*For goods deemed genuinely faulty we will cover return shipping costs. We will need you to send through photos and details of the problem for us to evaluate.

 

*Due to the nature of production and the hand cut textiles being used, there may be slight variations in placement print , this is not considered a fault. Just a part of the artisan process.

 

*We aren't liable for damage caused during transit with Australia Post. Depending on where you live and the postage system we use to send our parcels, it does not always include shipping insurance. Please contact us via hello@josieandjune.com if you would like to add shipping insurance.

 

It can take 2- 5 business days for JOSIE+JUNE to process any exchange or refund. All refunds will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.  The value of your exchange or refund is the product purchase price less the cost of shipping.
