JOSIE+JUNE lists all prices in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on any orders of $100 or more. Items are shipped the following business day once full payment is received. All items are carefully packed to ensure their safe arrival at your home and are sent via registered post where a signature is required for collection. You will receive a “attempted delivery” card should you not be home at time of delivery. You will then need to head to your local Australia Post to receive your order. Please allow between 3 to 7 business days for your order to reach you. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from us letting you know its on its way. At this stage we don’t offer international shipping via our shopping cart. Any enquiries from overseas are welcome and we can always quote you a shipping price via email email@example.com. Please note that due to differing taxes and import duties the customer will be responsible for those also.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We always send out our JOSIE+JUNE cushions hoping you love them in your home as much as we love making them. But we understand sometimes things can happen.
In such cases, we accept returns or exchanges on goods deemed faulty only. We aren’t able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. As this is the case, we ask you read each product description carefully and follow all care instructions as stated for each product. (care instructions are included on the swing tags and listed here on our site) If you have purchased a cushion/cushions from JOSIE+JUNE and it doesn’t match the product description (Please note due to the hand made nature of these cushions and fabric being used, the placement print may vary slightly cushion to cushion – and this is not deemed a fault)
You need to contact JOSIE+JUNE via email as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know of the issue and then return these items within 10 days of purchase, in original condition. Tags still attached and in protective packaging.
Shipping costs of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer and items must be returned within 10 days. A refund or exchange can only be made once the returned goods have been received by JOSIE+JUNE. We do not take responsibility if your returned items do not arrive or if they arrive damaged in transit so please be careful when packing your goods for return. We also recommend that you return your items via registered post to ensure that we do receive them safely.
It can take 1- 3 business days for JOSIE+JUNE to process any exchange or refund. All refunds will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment. The value of your exchange or refund is the product purchase price less the cost of shipping.
JOSIE+JUNE does not keep credit card details on file. Every time you place an order through our online store you will be asked to re-submit your credit card details. When using our online shop you can pay via credit card securely using Pay Pal.
